Position : Area Sales Manager (ASM) Location : Kolkata, West Bengal Industry : Beauty & Cosmetics Salary : ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month + Incentives + TA/DA
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Drive primary and secondary sales.
- Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead and support the sales team.
- Ensure timely collections and reporting.
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4-8 years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Kolkata market.
- Experience in distributor management and team handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
