- Prepare lab dips and shade matching for knitted fabrics
- Handle color matching using spectrometer/spectrophotometer
- Develop dyeing recipes as per buyer and production requirements
- Conduct dyeing trials and maintain lab standards
- Monitor shade approval and bulk production coordination
- Maintain records of recipes, approvals, and testing reports
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for shade consistency
- Ensure timely submission of lab dips and color corrections
- Knowledge of reactive dyeing processes for knitted fabrics
- Follow laboratory safety and housekeeping standards
