MSME EXECUTIVE- FUNDRAISING AND CORPORATE OUTREACH

- Minimum 3 Years in MSME Fundraising/corporate Partnerships.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with MSMEs for fundraising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
- Reach out to a minimum of 20 companies per day for data collection, lead generation, and partnership discussions.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective MSME partners.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Present the organization's projects and fundraising proposals effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate partners and donors.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and partnership outcomes.
- Achieve monthly fundraising and partnership targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership commitments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in MSME fundraising, corporate partnerships, CSR fundraising, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.




- Robust interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven professional.
- Good knowledge of the MSME sector and corporate engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Minimum 20 MSME outreach interactions per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of meetings scheduled and conducted.
- Fundraising commitments and partnerships secured.
- Quality and accuracy of lead database management.
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR initiatives, or fundraising campaigns.
- Strong network within the MSME ecosystem.
- Passion for social impact and community development.

Salary :As per experience and organizational norms.

Reporting To :CSR Manager / Fundraising Manager

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
