Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor sales executives
- Create sales strategies and targets
- Handle key client meetings and closures
- Track team performance and reporting
- Improve lead conversion ratio
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Requirements :

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in sales/team handling
- CRM and reporting knowledge preferred
- Ability to achieve business targets
- Immediate joiner preferred

2-6 years in Sales / Business Development
