Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Device Management (MDM) - Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise mobility management. - Configure device enrollment, provisioning, compliance policies, and conditional access. - Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and device lifecycle processes. - Implement Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies. - Administer multi-platform endpoint management including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Endpoint Security & Protection - Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. - Configure endpoint security policies, attack surface reduction rules, and threat protection controls. - Monitor endpoint security alerts and investigate security incidents. - Implement vulnerability management and endpoint remediation strategies. - Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. Identity & Access Management - Integrate endpoint management with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). - Configure Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust security controls. - Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and identity protection measures. - Manage role-based access controls and privileged access management. Automation & Reporting - Develop automation scripts using PowerShell. - Generate compliance, security, and operational reports. - Monitor device health, patch compliance, and endpoint performance. - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.



Collaboration & Support - Work closely with IT Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud teams. - Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint management and security issues. - Participate in security audits and compliance assessments. - Assist in technology evaluations and endpoint modernization initiatives.
