- Monitor customers entering and leaving the shop.
- Keep an eye on suspicious persons.
- Check bags if required as per shop policy.
- Ensure Shop Security
- Maintain constant watch inside and outside the shop.
- Prevent theft, robbery, or any suspicious activity.
- Immediately inform the manager in case of any problem.
- CCTV Monitoring
- Monitor CCTV cameras regularly.
- Report any unusual activity to the management.
- Assist Customers
- Help customers enter the shop in an orderly manner.
- Manage crowd control during busy hours.
- Opening and Closing Security
- Be present during shop opening and closing time.
- Check that shutters, locks, and alarm systems are secure.
- Handle Emergency Situations
- Take quick action during fire, theft, or any emergency.
- Inform police or security authorities when necessary.
- Maintain Security Records
- Keep records of visitors, deliveries, and any unusual incidents in the security register.
