About the Facility : We are a reputed manufacturer of animal feed supplements and health products, currently launching a current, state-of-the-art, FAMI-QS compliant and European-certified manufacturing plant in Kaman. Our operations range from high-volume bulk processing to specialized, high-value premix packing. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful QA/QC Manager to lead our quality operations and ensure our products meet strict international standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- External Lab Coordination : Leverage existing relationships and contacts with external analytical and microbiological laboratories to negotiate rates, ensure priority testing, and coordinate the timely dispatch and reporting of samples.
- Compliance & Certification : Ensure strict, continuous adherence to FAMI-QS protocols and European certification standards across the entire facility.
- Daily Quality Control : Oversee the sampling and testing of incoming raw materials, packaging materials (including buckets and liners), and finished goods before dispatch.
- Process Monitoring : Monitor floor-wise manufacturing processes,



ensuring distinct quality protocols are followed for bulk operations on the ground floor and high-value, low-volume premix packing on the upper floors.
- Documentation & Auditing : Maintain meticulous batch manufacturing records (BMR), quality logs, and compliance documentation required for internal reviews and external audits.
- Root Cause Analysis : Promptly investigate any deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, or quality complaints, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience : 3 to 5 years of hands-on QA/QC experience, ideally within the animal feed supplement, veterinary medicine, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
- Lab Network : Must possess strong, established contacts with accredited external testing laboratories.
- Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with FAMI-QS, GMP, or ISO quality systems is highly preferred.
- Skills : Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of working independently to manage the entire quality function of the site.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
