Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements

- Understand hiring needs from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups

- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination :

- Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline

- Ensure hiring targets and TATs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Master in HR, Management, or related field

- 2-4 years of experience in in-house recruitment :

- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

- Good understanding of hiring processes and interview techniques

- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for Non-IT / Sales / Corporate roles :

- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics

- Strong stakeholder management skills

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
