Position: Site Engineer – Thermal Power Plant / Boiler Experience

Job Summary

Chemclenzio India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily site activities at various industrial project locations across India. Candidates must have previous work experience as a Thermal Power Plant Boiler Operator and should be capable of handling site manpower, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily site activities as per project requirements.
- Handle and coordinate site manpower, workers, and technicians.
- Allocate daily work to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work according to project schedules.
- Maintain daily attendance, manpower records, and site progress reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and the HR team regarding site operations and manpower requirements.
- Monitor worker discipline, productivity, and compliance with site rules.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety procedures.
- Report daily work progress, site issues, and manpower updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate material, tools,



and equipment requirements with the concerned team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
- Travel to and work at project sites across India as required.

Educational Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B Tech in Mechanical or a relevant technical discipline preferred.

Experience Required

- Previous experience as a Thermal Power Plant Boiler Operator is mandatory.
- Candidates should have practical knowledge of thermal power plant and industrial site working environments.
- Previous experience in manpower handling or site supervision will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Manpower handling and team coordination.
- Site supervision and daily work planning.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and PPE compliance.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
