Role Description The Transportation Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily transportation activities and ensuring smooth movement of goods and services. This role involves planning and scheduling vehicle routes, coordinating with drivers and vendors, and monitoring deliveries to meet timelines and service standards. The coordinator will handle transportation documentation, track shipments, resolve issues or delays, and maintain accurate records in relevant systems. Daily tasks also include communicating with internal teams and customers,



optimizing routes for cost and efficiency, and supporting overall operations management to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Transportation Management and Operations Management skills to plan, coordinate, and optimize daily logistics activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with drivers, vendors, and clients and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple concurrent deliveries accurately.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and transportation or ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
