We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and achieving recruitment targets in a remote work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Work towards assigned recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and daily activities.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
