- Prepare and cook dishes using traditional tandoor techniques
- Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist in menu planning and daily preparation
- Manage tandoor inventory and supplies

Requirements :

- Prior experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role
- Robust knowledge of Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Commitment to hygiene and quality standards
