Location : Ghitorni, South Delhi Shi ft: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experie nce: 4-5 Years in F&B; / Cloud Kitchen Recruitmen t Qualifica tion: MBA (HR)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
- Handle high-volume hiring for kitchen helpers, packaging executive & Commis Chefs
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, local networks & agencies
- Maintain recruitment MIS, vacancy trackers & sourcing-cost reports
- Key Performance Metrics Blue-collar

10-15 successful o nboardings Interview-to-of fer ratio: 3:1 What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of F&B; / Cloud Kitchen recruitment experience
- Strong blue-collar & mass hiring expertise
- Good understanding of the Delhi/NCR talent market
- Strong communication skills in Engl ish & Hindi
- Prof iciency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pi vot Tables) and ATS
