- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per requirement.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Plan daily menus and ensure food quality.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients.
- Ensure proper food storage and safety standards.
- Work efficiently and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Cook / Chef.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine (additional cuisines will be an advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Responsible and disciplined.
