Job Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to deliver excellent guest service, handle customer queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience while maintaining hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support
- Assist with reservations and service requests
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with internal teams
- Deliver a positive customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students and graduates can apply
- Graduation completion year must be between 2023-2026 (graduates before 2023 are not eligible)
- HSC must be completed in 2020 (prior 2020 are not eligible )
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
