Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions
- Provide updates to management on customer feedback and issues
- Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned
- Support team in business development activities
Requirements :
- Fluent English communication skills (must)
- Pleasant phone etiquette and qualified behavior
- Basic computer knowledge
