Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through Chat & Voice support

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Document customer interactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria

Education : Graduates & Undergraduates can apply

Experience : Freshers & Experienced (1 year) both eligible

Skills Required: Excellent English communication skills

Technical aptitude

Customer-centric approach

Comfortable with rotational/night shifts

Salary Structure

Freshers: ₹30K = ₹27K CTC + ₹3K PLI

Experienced (1 yr): ₹32K = ₹28.8K CTC + ₹3.2K PLI





PLI applicable post training based on attendance, login hours, QA & CSAT-DSAT.
