About the Role : We are seeking a confident and professional Client Relationship Manager to manage and nurture relationships with UK-based clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, timely reporting, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct monthly reporting and strategy discussions with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads)
- Monitor project timelines, campaigns, and deliverables
- Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports
- Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term client retention
Requirements :
- Excellent spoken and written English (British tone preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management (BPO/Agency/SaaS)
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
