Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Prospecting & Lead Generation Analyst responsible for identifying and shortlisting potential property opportunities in the Australian market. The role focuses on sourcing prospects, engaging with property agents, and gathering critical information to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong Customer Service and Buyer Representation skills to build long-lasting client relationships and provide excellent assistance throughout the buying process
- Help in shortlisting properties in specific location or suburbs
- Shortlist properties as per the specifications
- Develop relations with Property agents and other professionals involved in the property transaction process
- Maintain Selling Agent, Property Management Agent, Solicitor and Property Inspector details in the register
- Generate Suburb and Property reports from Corelogic RP Data and other system (where required)
- Develop understanding of Australian Property market and key states and areas
- Develop understanding of Property Research Platforms and Systems
- Eagerness to learn and grow
Requirements :
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
- Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms
- Interest in real estate/property markets (preferably Australian market exposure)
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Finance Industries & Real Estate
- Previous experience in a finance, lending, or real estate office environment.
