- Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle customer queries, concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain skilled and welcoming store environment
- Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive retail sales, promote store products, wellness items and healthcare-related merchandise
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers
- Track daily sales and contribute to business growth
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at all times
- Coordinate for timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records
- Ensure proper product placement and shelf organization
- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving items for better stock planning
- Assist in locating and providing over-the-counter (OTC) products
- Support prescription handling by coordinating with the pharmacist
- Ensure proper storage and basic handling of medical products as per guidelines
- Billing & Cash Handling
- Handle billing operations systems
- Process payments via cash, cards and digital modes (UPI, etc.)
- Maintain accurate billing records and daily cash reconciliation
- Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the store
- Ensure products are well-organized and displayed attractively
- Follow store guidelines for layout and visual merchandising
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Qualification: Graduate (Retail experience preferred)
- 0-1 Year of experience in retail store operations (Pharmacy/Healthcare store preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays (if required)
