Job Description - CRM Executive (Import & Export Industry)

Position : CRM Executive

Department : Customer Relationship Management / Operations

Location : Nagpur

Industry : Import & Export / International Trade

Experience : 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities-

Customer Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for domestic and international customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.

Order & Shipment Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams for timely execution of orders.
- Monitor import and export shipments from order confirmation until final delivery.
- Track shipment movements and communicate status updates to customers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters.

Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare and verify export/import documents such as:

- Commercial Invoice

- Packing List

- Bill of Lading (BL)

- Certificate of Origin

- Shipping Instructions

- LC Documentation

- Insurance Documents

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in CRM systems.

MIS & Reporting





- Generate periodic reports related to customer orders, shipment status, pending deliveries, and customer feedback.
- Maintain CRM database and ensure data accuracy.
- Support management with operational and customer service analytics.

Coordination & Follow-up

- Coordinate with overseas buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on payments, dispatch schedules, and document submissions.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues affecting customer satisfaction.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of Import-Export procedures and documentation.
- Understanding of international logistics and shipping processes.
- Solid communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Certification in Export-Import Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Rice, Agro Commodities, Food Products, or International Trading companies preferred.
- Exposure to export documentation, LC transactions, and shipment coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
