Key Responsibilities :

- Voice Process/Chat Process
- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Mumbai

NOTE- ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES CAN APPLY

Eligibility : - Graduate/Undergraduate degree

Compensation :

- Experienced: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Chat: Upto 3.65 LPA
- Freshers: 2.9 LPA
