Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to international clients for lead generation and business development
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate business opportunities
- Maintain accurate call records and regularly update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal sales and purchase teams to fulfill customer requirements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral/global accent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills




- Ability to confidently interact with international clients
- Good convincing and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible or night shifts, if required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria

- 1-2 years of experience in International Voice Process, International Telecalling, or International Sales
- Experience handling overseas clients (UAE, Vietnam, Australia preferred) will be an added advantage
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Solid verbal communication skills with professional etiquette
