Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator , LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other B2B lead generation platforms.
- Identify and connect with CXOs, Founders, Directors, Product Managers, and decision-makers across target industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities.
- Understand client business requirements and schedule meetings with the Pre-Sales/Business Analyst team.
- Present the company's IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills :





- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Sales / Business Development .
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT service offerings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client pain points and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
