Gaura Travel is an Australian travel agency with an India branch in Thane. We are hiring Travel Advisors to handle inbound travel inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. This role involves hot leads only —no outbound or cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and internal travel queries

- Assist Indian customers with flight bookings (Australia-India sectors) :

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options

- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (primary KPI)

- Follow up with interested customers to close sales

- Maintain accurate booking and lead records

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking execution

Shift Details

- Shift Start : 5 AM to 12PM
- Duration : 9 hours (including break)
- Mode : Office-based (Thane)

Salary & Perks

- Fixed Salary :



₹21,000 per month
- Early Attendance Allowance : ₹100/day (30 minutes early reporting)
- Incentives : Lucrative sales incentives (₹10,000+ earning potential/month)
- Travel Allowance : For 5 AM & 6 AM shifts
- Training : Paid training, stipend & Gaura Travel Certification

Eligibility

- Age below 30 years
- Basic graduate degree
- Diploma Holders with Experiance
- Fluent English communication required although customers speak Indian languages : Certification for those who complete 1 month of training**.
