- Identify and analyze relevant project requirements on online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , etc.
- Prepare and submit bids/proposals as per client requirements.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain client communication.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and pricing.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
- Help in building long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Stay updated with platform policies and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MCA/MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Robust learning attitude and self-motivated approach.
- Must have their own laptop for work.
