Description My client is seeking a Client Services Specialist - Efx/FX to join there team in pune . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our Efx/FX products and services. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Efx/FX products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Assist in the onboarding process of recent clients, providing training and support as needed.
Monitor client accounts and report on performance, trends, and potential issues.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on service offerings and updates.
2-10 years of experience in client services, preferably in financial services or trading environments.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
