Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant - HR.

This role will be central to strategy execution, leadership governance, and executive communication, with significant exposure to the Business Unit Reviews with COO and Board presentation.
The role requires exceptional capability in storyboarding, synthesizing complex inputs into executiveready narratives, and driving disciplined execution of regional priorities in partnership with the Business Office and leadership teams.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Partner closely with the Business Office and functional leaders to synthesize inputs into a consistent, compelling leadership narrative across all senior forums.
Business Unit Reviews with COO and Senior leadership
Govern and track regional priorities surface risks, dependencies, and decision ask early
Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights and executiveready reports, dashboards, and presentations that support strategic decisionmaking.
Analyze and structure complex datasets using Excel and analytical tools to uncover trends, risks, and insights through deepdive analyses

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience,



or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years of relevant experience in business execution, operations, program management, or strategy/analytics

- Proven experience operating in highvisibility, fastpaced environments with senior leadership exposure
- Background in banking or financial services is preferred but not required
