Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify functional and non-functional needs.

Business Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, assess business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and other project documentation.

Convert business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable technical specifications for development and technology teams.

Support the preparation of client proposals, solution documents, scope definitions, and requirement-based presentations in collaboration with the Business Development team.

Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Project Execution Support: Track requirements, monitor changes, maintain requirement traceability, and support project teams throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management: Conduct requirement discussions, clarification sessions, and review meetings to ensure a common understanding of business needs and expected outcomes.

Solution Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables against approved requirements, and assist in resolving functional gaps.

Maintain requirement logs, action items, project documentation, and status updates to support timely and effective project delivery.

Qualification:



B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, or equivalent.

Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and process mapping.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Experience working on client-facing projects and solution proposals.

Familiarity with wireframing, workflow diagrams, and process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.

Exposure to user acceptance testing, requirement traceability, and change management processes.
