Aon is hiring for the role of IND Analyst II - CRM GCC!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Serve as an Oracle CRM Specialist supporting Sales Enablement and Marketing to ensure seamless operations and data integrity.

- Gather business requirements, translate them into CRM terminology, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist users in leveraging CRM data.

- Deliver interactive dashboards, custom visuals, and reports using Power BI by connecting to CRM systems and Excel data sources.

- Automate reporting through macros/VBA, utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, Power Pivot, INDEX-MATCH), and conduct customer segmentation and sales pipeline analysis.

- Handle core CRM administration functions, including user profile maintenance, security roles, workflows, sandbox testing, and deployment to production.

- Resolve CRM service desk tickets within defined SLAs and collaborate with developer teams for complex technical issue resolutions.

- Establish documentation,



lead end-user training sessions, and ensure data hygiene across CRM objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Activities).

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience working with enterprise CRM platforms (Oracle CRM / Salesforce) and CRM administration.

- Proficiency in Power BI dashboard design and advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, VBA, macros).

- Solid understanding of sales and marketing metrics, customer engagement KPIs, and pipeline analysis.

- Solid investigative, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.

- Willingness to work in the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM shift window (cab facility provided).
