CoinDCX is hiring for the role of API Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Support clients in integrating with CoinDCX Spot and Futures APIs, including API key setup, authentication, and order testing
- Troubleshoot API-related issues such as failed orders, data mismatches, and connectivity errors using structured playbooks
- Act as the first line of support for API users, ensuring timely responses and explicit resolution paths
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, CX, and Business teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Track, log, and manage issues through internal tools, ensuring proper documentation and escalation hygiene
- Monitor SLA metrics such as response time (FRT) and resolution turnaround time (TAT), and contribute to weekly reporting
- Improve API documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases to reduce repeat queries and enhance client self-serve
