Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Oversee the daily inbound operations and customer service workflows of the branch.

- Ensure strict adherence and compliance with regulatory, banking, and audit standards.

- Supervise operational processes to maintain turnaround times (TAT) and high process efficiency.

- Handle customer escalations and queries to deliver an exceptional banking experience.

- Maintain operational discipline, process hygiene, and accurate documentation across all branch activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

- Understanding of core retail banking and branch operational processes.

- Solid leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented mindset with high regard for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal communication abilities.
