JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive with practical experience in payroll processing, PF, ESI, BOCW and construction labour compliance. The candidate will manage monthly payroll and statutory documentation for office and construction-site employees and coordinate with relevant government departments and statutory authorities in Karnataka.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, attendance, leave, salary calculations, deductions, incentives, wages and Full & Final Settlement.
- Handle PF and ESI registrations, contributions, challans, returns and employee records.
- Mandatory hands-on experience visiting and coordinating with PF and ESI offices in Karnataka for documentation, clarifications, inspections and compliance follow-ups.
- Maintain UAN, ESI insurance numbers, payroll records and statutory registers.
- Handle Qualified Tax, TDS coordination and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Manage BOCW-related compliance, construction labour records and applicable cess documentation.




- Handle Q-Form / Q-Farm documentation and related labour compliance requirements, as applicable.
- Coordinate with the Karnataka Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with construction sites for attendance, wages, worker records and labour documentation.
- Support labour inspections, statutory audits, notices and compliance verification.
- Prepare monthly payroll and statutory compliance MIS.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 24 years of relevant payroll and statutory compliance experience.
- Construction, real estate or infrastructure experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, BOCW and applicable Karnataka labour laws.
- Government-office coordination and physical documentation experience essential.
- Good Excel, communication and record-management skills.
