Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable models.
- Conduct product presentations, test rides, and explain features, specifications, and pricing.
- Maintain and update customer records and leads in the CRM/database system.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to assist customers with loan and insurance processes.




- Ensure the timely delivery of vehicles and support the customer throughout the post-sale process.
- Collect customer feedback post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Stay informed on the latest models, features, promotions, and competitor offerings.
