Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PO/CPI Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in SAP integration technologies, including SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), now known as SAP Integration Suite - Cloud Integration.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems. The role requires robust technical expertise in integration development, interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and end-to-end integration lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain integration scenarios using SAP PO and SAP CPI.
- Develop and manage interfaces between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party applications.
- Work on integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, and HTTP.
- Configure and develop SAP PO components, including Integration Directory, Enterprise Services Repository (ESR), mappings, communication channels, and ICOs.
- Develop SAP CPI iFlows using adapters, message mappings, Groovy scripts, and exception-handling mechanisms.
- Work with message transformations, routing, content enrichment, and data conversions.
- Configure and manage security mechanisms, including certificates, OAuth, and basic authentication, as applicable.
- Monitor interfaces, analyze message failures, troubleshoot production issues, and implement permanent fixes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications, interface documentation, deployment plans, and support documentation.
- Support production deployments,



incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

- 6-8 years of experience in SAP integration technologies, with hands-on experience in SAP PO and/or SAP CPI.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) architecture and integration concepts.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CPI iFlow development and configuration.
- Experience with SAP PO ESR, Integration Directory, mappings, adapters, and communication channels.
- Knowledge of adapters such as IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JDBC, and HTTP.
- Experience with message mapping, XSLT, graphical mapping, and Groovy scripting.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, WSDL, XSD, and web services.
- Experience in interface monitoring, error handling, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector, security artifacts, certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integrations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of API Management, Event Mesh, and other SAP BTP integration services.
- Exposure to B2B/EDI integration and partner connectivity.
- Experience with migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI.
- Knowledge of transport management and integration deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL processes, and ticketing tools.
