Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Bartender to support daily bar operations, assist in preparing beverages, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Support the Senior Bartender with daily bar setup, closing, and operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, and glassware.
- Refill bar supplies, prepare garnishes, and assist with stock management.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage presentation guidelines.
- Assist guests with beverage requests and maintain skilled service standards.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service practices.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a bartender or bar assistant is preferred; freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of beverages and an interest in mixology.




- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
