Job Summary

Brik Oven Private Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated Commi 1 to support production operations at its Doddaballapura facility. The role involves preparing and maintaining quality standards across four production domains: Dough, Pastry, Bread, and Cheese.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily production activities in the assigned domain: Dough, Pastry, Bread, or Cheese.
- Prepare products according to standard recipes, production schedules, and quality specifications.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, weight, and product quality.
- Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels, and wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the production area.
- Operate equipment safely and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Guide Commi 2 staff and kitchen helpers during production activities.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and dispatch schedules.

Requirements
- Previous experience in bakery, pastry,



dough, bread, or cheese production is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and storage practices.
- Ability to follow recipes, production standards, and instructions.
- Valuable teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
