- 10+ Yrs of experience with Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fragrance & Beauty or Fashion industry
- Fluency in local language and English is required. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for Titan's fragrance products in LFS chains, specialty retail stores, Titan World retail channel, and Kiosks
- Expansion of Kiosk strategy – aspiration to reach 100 Kiosks by FY 28
- Manage and oversee the operations of all retail locations,
ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals
- Train and motivate retail staff to provide excellent customer service and promote the brand's image
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify consumer trends and preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events to increase footfall and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and suppliers
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments and make recommendations for improvement and growth opportunities
- Travel to different retail locations to conduct store visits and provide support and guidance to retail teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
