Job Overview

Rare Brick Constructions & Interiors is looking for creative and motivated Junior Architects to join our growing team in Tirupati. The ideal candidates should have a strong interest in architectural design, planning, drafting, and 3D visualization, along with a willingness to learn and contribute to residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in architectural planning, design development, and preparation of building plans.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D models, architectural visualizations, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, civil engineers, and site teams.
- Assist with site visits, measurements, and project execution as required.
- Incorporate client feedback and design revisions into drawings.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements and applicable building regulations.
- Support project documentation and maintain drawing records.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or other architectural visualization software is an advantage.




- Good understanding of architectural planning, building materials, and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and prepare architectural drawings.
- Good communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience

- B.Arch degree or equivalent recognized architectural qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong design and technical skills may also apply.
