Project Manager – Commercial Interiors, Architecture & Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Interior Design & Architecture & Fit-Out to manage and execute commercial interior projects from planning to final handover. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, commercial interior designing, and fit-out execution, along with excellent project management and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end commercial interior design and Architecture & Fit-Out projects.
- Plan project timelines, budgets, resources, and execution schedules.
- Supervise on-site activities, including civil work, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, and finishing.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
- Manage material procurement, vendor negotiations, contractor billing, and cost control.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Handle client meetings, progress reporting, and resolution of site-related issues.
- Manage snag lists, defect rectification, and final project handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, architecture, and fit-out project execution.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial office interiors, corporate spaces, retail interiors, or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishing materials, and site execution.
- Experience in project planning, BOQ management, estimation, budgeting, and contractor coordination.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Pune and nearby locations.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and project management expertise.
