Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Deployment Specialist – Learning & Development with 4–7 years of experience in learning operations, training deployment, program coordination, and global stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment and operational execution of learning programs across regions/business units. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones, and experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning operations.





Global Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with global and regional L&D; teams, business stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, HR teams, and program owners.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones and provide regular updates on learning deployment status.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into executable learning deployment plans.
- Proactively identify stakeholder concerns, dependencies, and risks and coordinate timely resolution.
- Facilitate governance/status calls and maintain clear action trackers.
