About the Role

Straive is seeking a strategic and driven Engagement Manager / Senior Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate data analytics and AI engagements for strategic enterprise clients across global markets. As a trusted AI consulting partner, this is a high-impact, client-facing role with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders and Straive leadership.

You will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into scalable AI/analytics

solutions, acting as the primary bridge between business leaders and technical delivery teams.

The role requires fluency in AI concepts (ML, GenAI, LLMs) and a track record of owning end-to-end delivery. You will oversee project execution, drive account growth, manage P&L;, and shape strategic programs in an AI-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement Planning & End-to-End Delivery

• Define engagement charters, delivery plans, and milestones across concurrent AI and data

workstreams.





• Oversee successful execution of analytics and AI initiatives from inception to completion.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with CXO / VP-level stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints, and success metrics.

• Build trusted-advisor relationships, managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences.

3. Strategic Translation & Solutioning

• Translate unstructured client questions into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and

analytical workplans.

• Develop AI roadmaps aligning with client vision and business objectives.

4. Account Growth & Business Development

• Proactively identify new opportunity areas where AI and analytics can deliver incremental

value.

• Drive proposal creation, RFP responses, SOWs, and executive presentations clearly

articulating business value.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience across strategy consulting, analytics consulting, or technology-enabled transformation roles.

• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience managing and delivering data analytics, data

science, and AI-driven projects.

• Proven track record of leading end-to-end AI/ML solution delivery across global enterprise

clients.

• Robust fluency in AI terminology and concepts (e.g., classical AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs).

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience interfacing with C-suite and VP-level executives.

• Experience managing account-level P&L; and contributing to RFPs and business development efforts.
