- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against milestones and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular reporting and status updates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Coal Mining Transportation services, project management, operations skills with expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, & controlling.
- B.Tech in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification required; B.Tech & MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Solid understanding of project planning, development, execution, monitoring & control principles with hands-on experience in coal mining transportation.
