We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive testing strategy, automation, and quality assurance for banking applications. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Define test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics for banking applications.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
- Perform API testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement shift-left testing practices to identify defects early.
- Manage defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and quality reporting.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure reliable software releases.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in software testing and test automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Selenium/Playwright and API testing tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, defect management, and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of banking applications and financial domain workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
