Dimension / Scope of the Job: Application Product Engineering - Hot Gaskets, Cold Gaskets, Heat Shields

Responsibilities

- Study and understand application workplace for all Hot Gaskets, Cold Gaskets and Heat Shields
- Study / Prepare Part Drawings Considering Engine / Package Boundary Conditions
- Work Out Design Proposals, Review with the Global Team and Submit to Customer
- Coordinate for Manufacturing Feasibility
- DVP Finalization with Customers
- Coordinate with the Customers - Sales Team - Internal Departments like Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance
- Return Part Analysis
- Visiting Customers as per Calendar to Generate New Business Opportunities
- Visiting Customers to Attend Functional Quality Issues
- Benchmarking of Competitor Parts
- Participate in White Space Analysis with Team
- Knowledge Capability to Handle IATF Systems/Documentation Responsibility for Engineering Dept.
- Working Knowledge of APQP/PPAP Processes
- Team Coordination Management
