Job Title : MAINFRAME DB2 SYS PROG ADMIN

Job Location : Pune/Chennai/Bengaluru

Experience required : 6+ years

Job Description:

- Experience as a DB2 (on z/OS) Database Administrator
- Working knowledge of DB2 Internals, fundaments, installations and operations
- Working knowledge of DB2 Data Sharing in Parallel Sysplex setting
- Knowledge of Systems Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning
- Knowledge of security interface with DB2 & Experience with SMP/E and UserMods
- Experience with installation and using DB2 ISV Products, Strong z/OS, USS and JCL skills
- REXX, HTML and/or java coding ability, CICS/DB2
- Knowledge of interfacing with and installing OEM vendor tools
- Disaster Recovery Planning and support
- Proficiency in DB2 Systems Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning
- Proficiency in application related performance and tuning,
