- Manage end-to-end program planning and execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Technology teams.
- Track program performance through MIS, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team while ensuring timely program delivery.
- What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations.
- 24 years of team management experience.
- Solid skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MIS reporting.
- Experience with CRM/LeadSquared (LSQ) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- EdTech experience is preferred.
