Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and customer conversations through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other DM channels.
- Respond to inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/products.
- Maintain lead and sales records.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in DM sales, social media sales, lead conversion, or similar work.
- Good understanding of customer handling and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales goals.
