Job Description

Drive Business Performance

- Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and business performance across digital channels.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend initiatives that improve revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Develop business cases and quantify the potential impact of proposed initiatives.
- Monitor and communicate performance trends to stakeholders and leadership teams.

End-to-End Project Ownership

- Lead and manage medium-to-large optimization and analytics projects from discovery and hypothesis generation through execution and post-launch evaluation.
- Own both quick-turn tactical optimization initiatives and longer-term strategic projects across the booking flow and digital customer journey.
- Define project scope, objectives, requirements, success metrics, and priorities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure initiatives move from insight to implementation and measurable business impact.
- Manage dependencies, communicate progress, and proactively identify risks or blockers throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead Experimentation & Optimization

- Define hypothesis and support experimentation roadmaps.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of A/B tests and other optimization initiatives.
- Partner with Product, UX, Sales & other teams to identify and implement opportunities to improve the digital customer experience.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Deliver Strategic Insights

- Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance-monitoring solutions.
- Generate insights from multiple data sources, including web analytics, customer behavior,



and commercial performance data.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to generate business insights, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support strategic planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance modeling.
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Commercial teams, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Facilitate data-informed decision making across the organization.
- Ensure business priorities are supported by accurate analysis, clear business cases, and measurable outcomes.

Job Requirement

- 8-12 years of experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, CRO, or a similar analytical role.
- Solid experience translating data and analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- Demonstrated project management experience, leading medium-to-large optimization, analytics, or digital initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience measuring business performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with the ability to analyse results and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured decision-making skills.
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives independently.
