- Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple job boards to attract top talent.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Zoho Recruit to source candidates effectively.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure proper documentation for current hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and job openings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
